On many occasions clients take their rental items from different suppliers, and in many cases the price difference is negligible.
Experience would show that its better to take your items from one place, as it eases up the pick up, before the event, and lessens the hassle of items to be sorted and returned to different places after the event.
Very true, several rental companies sounds like a real headache.
ReplyDeleteExcept if one place specializes in something that you just have to have at your function, then why wouldn't you go there? It could be as simple as vendor A not having the exact shade that you want but vendor B does.

The post was just suggesting that it is the better thing to do in the cases where it's possible, for after the event, it takes quite some time and effort if things need to be sorted our to be sent back to different suppliers. Also if it's possible to use one supplier, only one transportation will be needed for the drop off , and this saves a lot of time as well
